Résidence "Plein Soleil"
28 logements et une crèche de 25 berceaux. Projet Lauréat de l'appel à projet BBC organisé par la région Ile-de France et la délégation régionale Ile-de-France de l'ADEME.
This project involves the construction of a residential building with 28 apartments in Paris. The units range from studio apartments (T1) to five-room apartments (T5). The building includes a separate entrance hall for the residential units, a daycare center, and an underground parking facility. The main façade faces south, overlooking the street. This façade adopts a certain level of abstraction, with a regular grid that defines the layout of the apartments. Comprising two layers (an outer and an inner envelope), it creates a buffer space that is both functional and protected from weather conditions: loggias designed as extensions of the living rooms and balconies connected to the bedrooms. These spaces act as winter gardens or terraces depending on the season, contributing to energy consumption reduction and interior climate regulation.
The outer envelope in front of the bedrooms is screen-printed on its external surface. The façade is punctuated by loggias positioned in front of the living areas and is composed of prefabricated concrete frames. The recessed openings within the outer skin allow for maximum opening towards the balconies and loggias. This configuration ensures enhanced acoustic and thermal insulation while providing optimal natural lighting. The inner envelope is equipped with sliding and folding openings, offering high performance to maximize transparency between the interior living spaces and the interstitial areas.
The outer envelope features a fully glazed parapet serving as a guardrail, which is also fire-resistant to prevent the spread of fire from one floor to another. Movable, floor-to-ceiling glass panels are installed on the parapet, allowing the loggias to be fully or partially enclosed or opened to the outside. On the ground floor, the façade of the daycare center continues the design language of the upper floors, while the entrance hall façade echoes the loggias.
